It looks like the job is done and it looks great! I just wanted you to know that I thank Mark for all the extra attention he gave on this job. Mark answered all of my calls or returned my call within minutes.

He also updated me so that I could update the owner as she lives out of state. From the start to the finish Mark knew what was going on and when it was going to happen. In turn he let me know. This was very important as the home is being sold and we had to take it off the market during these repairs.
